Welcome to the web presentation of the state assotiation Deutsche Marine-Jugend e.V. ( short: DMJ ) for maritime sports.

Fitness...

Maritime sports is a team sport for children, teenager and adults. It consists of many different maritime disciplines which we want to present you at seasports. With its different sportive disciplines it is a best alternative für fitness and leisure time.

Knowledges and skills...

Besides the sportive character we appreciate the facts of knowledge, because driving a boat and acting at, in, or on water needs some special knowledges, sense of responsibility and team spirit.

Community...

We promote community and team spirit and mutual attention. The team has priority not the individual. With our many activities and group meetings we underscore this.

Competences...

As youth league we pay attention to our children and teenagers and teach them knowledges and skills for the daily life. Children learn to swim and to act save at, or on the water. This is known as good seamanship. But also system, cleanness and craftsmanship we promote actively. Teenagers learn to actuate, configure and take over responsibility.

Promotion...

We know how important it is for children and teenagers development to have the possibility to test theirselves, to act and we are supervising them only.

Hobby and relaxing...

With our sports and activities we want to invite the whole family and offer them a varied hobby and relax options. The moste of our local chapters have ground directely at a water, or river available and as member you have always the option for simpely relax, take a sun bath or go swimming or boating. We prefer sociability and are glad to have some festivity. We like also barbecuing at afternoon in a comfortable round, having sunny weather and water directely besides.
